Call of Duty Warzone Mobile now up for pre-registration
Call of Duty Warzone has gained immense popularity in the battle royale genre, but until now, mobile gamers were unable to experience it. However, this is about to change as Call of Duty Warzone Mobile is gearing up for launch and is currently open for pre-registration on the Google Play Store.
To pre-register, Android users can easily navigate to the Google Play Store, search for Call of Duty Warzone Mobile, and access the game’s Play Store page. On this page, users can click the pre-register button, and the game will automatically install on their phones once it becomes available, provided the device is connected to a WiFi network.
As a battle royale game developed by Activision, Warzone Mobile is anticipated to incorporate elements from the popular PC multiplayer game, reimagined for mobile gameplay, similar to the approach taken by PUBG Mobile. Players can expect familiar controls and features seen in existing battle royale shooting games like Apex Legends, Fortnite Mobile, and Call of Duty Mobile.
While the inclusion of the signature Verdansk map from its PC counterpart is speculated, concrete details remain undisclosed. Information on cross-play support with PC or console players has yet to be revealed, but there are expectations of cross-play support between Android and iPhone users.
According to a report by Android Police, the game might enable players to compete against up to 120 opponents simultaneously, and various game modes could be introduced. However, due to the limited information available at this time, the game’s widespread release is not expected to occur in the immediate future.
